How are you attempting to start X? What is in your logs/journal?

Run 'startx' from the tty.

Did you manage to fix your issue? How?
Which apps do need glamor-egl? glamor is now available as an option, no extra package required. xorg-server replaces glamor-egl, just as pacman informed you.

I don't understand what is the issue.
Why do you think you need glamor-egl?

well , without glamor-egl , if i use lxdm login manager , i can t access xfce4 desktop ; always looping after the password . so i use tty , there are console login manager , and others
graphics login manager , but with only one desktop manager on my computer , it is better to use tty .

This is probably temporary, as the news says:
X is now rootless with the help of systemd-logind, this also means that it must be launched from the same virtual terminal as was used to log in, redirecting stderr also breaks rootless login. The old root execution behavior can be restored through the Xorg.wrap config file (man xorg.wrap). Please note that launching X through a login-manager (gdm, kdm, ...) doesn't yet provide rootless access.

Glamor-egl is a red herring (classic X-Y problem here) - it was only coincidentally removed at the same time as the Xorg update that actually created the issue.
Fasturtle, please try not to assume causes when you post looking for solutions. The fact that you assumed this was a glamor-egl issue misdirected this entire thread. If you had simply posted the symptoms, you would have been directed to the news in the first response.
