How much current does the device require? Does it happen with a powered hub in between? Are there any options in BIOS/UEFI for power level of the usb sockets? Does this happen with all sockets or just one? Are there any dmesg messages?
Offline
it happens on all sockets with even regular USB devices like a sandisk cruzer flash drive no uefi options or bios options relating to that

Actually emeres's idea of a powered hub is excellent. Try that if you get a chance. Can you post the last couple dozen lines of your journal after it wakes up.
I assume this is a laptop, Does this happen on batteries, on AC, or does it matter?

IT seems that connecting anything with a filesystem does this i plugged in an sdcard with a filesystem and it does it did [fennectech@archos ~]$ sudo dd if=/dev/urandom of=/dev/sdb
[sudo] password for fennectech:
dd: writing to ‘/dev/sdb’: Input/output error (was mean after a few seconds by pulling out sdcard) (just wanted the bootsector and partmap gone)
49161+0 records in
49160+0 records out
no filesystem i can insert it several times now and nothing happens so i beleve that it is mounting filesystems also i dont know how to grab my systemd-journal
