[SOLVED] Blank screen when switching from X to VT

Hi there!

I'm getting just a blank screen (that is, black smile ) when switching from X to a VT with Ctrl+Alt+F2, I can switch back to my X session without problems but I cannot use a VT. It's weird, I'm not using software that can cause problems to that, I have a MacBook Air with just the only graphics drivers available (Mesa/DRM).

I'm also using mba6x_bl-dkms "hack" driver which is intended as a workaround to this issue, I don't know if that can be related to my issue, because when I switch to a VT the backlight is turned off since the Apple logo from the back of the screen is turned off too (the Apple logo is illuminated with the screen backlight).

Anyone had the same problem with this hardware or anyone has any advice?

Also, I'm using GNOME and I fully upgraded my system yesterday.

Thanks!

Forget it, I updated mba6x_bl-dkms driver and started to work! I have other issues but better if I report it to the driver developer.
