Fresh installation not working due to ATA errors

Hi,

I just set up a new install on a laptop with a self built-in SSD. The problem didnt occur directly after the installation so im not sure that the issue is produced by something I installed (though i dont know what that would be).
After I boot the system it works for a while but then the system freezes after applications come not responsive anymore and I cannot start new ones. When I switch to another tty I get this errors: http://ideone.com/10BK3z the concrete parameters seem to differ from time to time. Also I get messages from the Filesystems that try to access the device.
Because I had no idea what was going wrong I installed Linux Mint where the error does not occur. Because of that I downgraded the kernel to 3.14 which seemded to work first but after a reboot had the same behaviour.

The problem could be related to an issue with powersaving features (I heard about trouble on thinkpads with ALPM) but I have not set them up manually so I dont know what I should try to disable.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
