requesting nzb tool

I'm looking for a cmd line tool that uses nzb files to download from nntp server, preferably something really easy to configure, will resume where it left off and one that doesn't have alot of dependancies.

I would appreciate any help as I'm stuck using windows/newsleecher to do this at the moment.

nzbget is available in the AUR.  Configuration involves editing one file with your nntp server info and the location you want nzbget to download the files into.  I'm pretty sure it can resume where it left off.  There's also hellanzb, which isn't in the AUR but is easy enough to install and configure.
