Weird Appearance in Firefox
I recently installed Arch Linux and Gnome DE. But a few websites appear rather ugly in Firefox. The links for reference are

Looks fine to me. Could you be more specific about what "websites appear rather ugly" mean? That site is aesthetically unpleasant, but web site design is notoriously subjective.

Switched from what? when i switched from mac os x i noticed the anti aliasing or fonts where a little bit different and that made it seem ugly because i wasn't used to it
