Hello. The Internet Service provider I had was very bad, so I switched to another company. Now I have a new modem (ARRIS TG862) and a faster connection. I'm connected via Wi-Fi. The problem is that now journalctl -f reports the same message every 3 seconds:
jul 30 13:00:24 Arch dhcpcd[573]: wlp3s0: Router Advertisement from fe80::920d:cbff:fe19:4e1
jul 30 13:00:24 Arch NetworkManager[440]: dhcpcd[573]: wlp3s0: Router Advertisement from fe80::920d:cbff:fe19:4e1
Honestly, I don't know what that means. Apparently it's related to ipv6. I searched on the wiki and there's nothing about this particular problem (I found articles about Routers dhcp, etc, but they don't mention this). So, I don't know if this is bad or how to stop these messages. Does anybody knows how to do that?

From what I read (just google "Router advertisement") the messages aren't a problem or indicitave of a problem, though every three seconds does seem excessive. It also looks like the function provided by the messages has no value unless your ISP is IPv6-enabled, so maybe check the router's admin interface to see if the feature can be turned off.
But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.

man dhcpcd.conf
and search for router advertisement.
The noipv6rs option might be relevant. You will need to add it to /etc/dhcpcd.conf

Thanks for your help. Yes, adding the noipv6rs option to dhcpcd.conf stopped those messages.
