I'm currently copying X-Plane's folder in order to make a backup, it's a pretty big folder (60 GB) and is clearly slowing down my system.
5 minutes ago I closed Firefox, everything was normal. Tryed re-opening it again now and that message saying Firefox is already open was displayed. I then waited a few seconds and tried it again. Firefox opened but is now using GNOME icons.
I don't have GNOME installed, I use KDE ONLY, with KDM. GNOME icons are needed only because of pulseaudio.
I use FF with it's default theme.
In 8 years using Linux I've never seen such thing, does anyone have an idea of what it is or how to fix it? I can't find info about this, wherever I look.
EDIT: Somehow the high HD usage made my system unusable. Took me 4 minutes till I was able to restart the computer, and everything was fine after that.
It's weird because I'm used to move folders with more than 2 million files and never experienced such issue.
