[SOLVED] Dropbox; no icon at startup

Hello,

I am trying to run dropbox at startup. I currently have it set as a service as per Run as daemon with systemd section in the Arch Wiki. After startup (or login), dropbox is started, files update, but the tray icon doesn't show up.

[13:20:44 ~]$ sudo systemctl status dropbox@morphheus.service -l
● dropbox@morphheus.service - Dropbox
   Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/dropbox@.service; enabled)
Active: active (running) since Fri 2014-08-15 13:16:08 CDT; 4min 38s ago
 Main PID: 330 (dropbox)
   CGroup: /system.slice/system-dropbox.slice/dropbox@morphheus.service
           └─330 /opt/dropbox/dropbox

Aug 15 13:16:18 ArchNyx dropboxd[330]: Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 keywx error: Unable to access the X Display, is $DISPLAY set properly?
Aug 15 13:16:23 ArchNyx dropboxd[330]: Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 keyUnable to access the X Display, is $DISPLAY set properly?

However, if I run the service manually after startup:

sudo systemctl start dropbox@morphheus.service -l

It runs with the tray icon. Any idea why?

EDIT:

this morning,

pacman -Syu

fixed it. (yes, my system was up to date when orignially making this post.)
