Congratulations Iphitus!

It seems that Iphitus has very quietly sneaked onto the dev team where he will be working on kernel stuff.  I just wanted to say how pleased I am am that James' contributions and talents have been so quickly recognised and I look forward to seeing even bigger and better stuff from him in the near future.  I also hope that we'll see more quality people added to the dev team in such a timely fashion.
