dual booting problem - the system keep loading windows instead of grub

hey,
i installed Arch on my laptop (HP Pavilion 15-n209ej which alreay have windows 8.1 ) according to "Beginners' guide"
since the laptop is UEFI i used cgdisk to partition the Hard disk.
and i used the existent ESP partition.
i followed the guide and i installed grub.
after rebooting, the system keep loading windows.
The starnge thing is when i got to "HP boot option menu" i see the grub option but this also loading the windows.

-Updating bios dosen't solve it.
- I find this post https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/HP … UEFI_Setup and Workaround 1 and Workaround 2 keep loading windows.

-The secure boot is turn on (i followed this https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Un … cure_Boot)

on the first image you can see what the /boot contains (it's the ESP partition)
