Bluetooth headset with pulse & bluez5

Hi all,
I'm able to pair my headset and for some seconds I'm able to connect, but then the headset is disconnected.
i have followed the instruction from:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Bluetooth_headset

the error is:

Failed to connect: org.bluez.Error.Failed

but I'm not getting this error:

bluetoothd[5556]: a2dp-sink profile connect failed for 00:11:22:33:44:55: Protocol not available

there is no msg from "bluetoothd".

any hints?
I`ve seen that bluez5 is having some issues and a downgrade to bluez4 might solve some problems, but this info was from last year and bluez4 is pretty old.
