First, it seems like your font path is incorrect; there's also something about your keyboard configuration and possibly this affects kde as it looks up the locale. I'm not an expert in kde though, so for the mime stuff I don't know.
Is this from a fresh install? Post your xorg.conf anyway.

Yes, then i copyed into /etc/X11/xorg.conf.
Yes, the outfile made is in root...i must test it in user? I can paste here if anything changes.

Try that, although there might not be any difference. You should be logged in as a normal user anyway, and use root when necessary.
