Macbook Pro Retina - Dual boot vs warranty question
If I buy a brand new Macbook Pro Retina, and half its irreplacable pcie SSD and dual boot Mac OS X and Archlinux via bootcamp following the Archwiki, will I lose or limit my warranty towards Apple?

Vegita, not necessarily... You can easily revert a Mac to its factory defaults with little to no work, so I'd say go ahead and play.
