I am having trouble trying to get lib32-libidn and others installed. It says no target found.
I see it plain as day here: https://www.archlinux.org/packages/mult … 32-libidn/
Pacman is updated fully. What should I do?

You need to enable multilib repository https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/multilib#Enabling

Thank you, I just did that and updated pacman again, yet lib32-libidn still is not found.
ETA: Oops didn't uncomment the [multi-lib] header. It works great! All fixed! Thanks!!

General advice, if you are using Arch Linux, don't do -Sy without -u. Install with pacman -Syu <package>.
