Bluetooth headset NoiseHush NS400 not play in all applictions

I have bluetooth headset NoiseHush NS400. I tring to connect to my Arch.
I paired its at gnome-bluetooth and connected but I not hearing sound. Only the test sound of Gnome is played but not Totem, VLC or Firefox.

Edit: If I start pavucontrol and redirect the application to the headset then I hear the audio. But I want when I connect the headset the audio from all applications played in the headset and when I disconnect its the audio back to speaker of my computer.

I read the Wiki sometimes but I not successed to solve the problem.

 The module-switch-on-connect with some configuration should solve the matter.
