You have several network services attempting to run; I think they may be conflicting...
Try:

@OP: if your network still doesn't function, post the output of:
ls -l /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/Jin, Jîyan, Azadî

OK, so the dhcpcd.service is just called up by netctl; that is not the problem.
Have you tried connecting manually?

# ip link set wlp2s0 down
# netctl start wlp2s0wifiJin, Jîyan, Azadî

I used:
sudo nmcli dev connect SSID password PASSWORDIt connected without a problem.
