[solved] phonon-qt4-gstreamer update requires pulseaudio - why?
Just my regular routine, I get home, pacman -Syu.
I noticed pulseaudio was being downloaded, so I aborted the upgrade to find out why.
If you didn't know already, I'm not a big fan of pulseaudio, so I don't want it in my system.
I found out that the phonon-qt4-gstreamer update pulls it with.
So now, I have a few questions:
Why does it need pulseaudio?
And how do I upgrade without pulseaudio?

If it ain't broke, you haven't tweaked it enough.
