I'm trying to get my Arch working with eduroam, using netctl and following netctl-eduroam's example.
However, I get a failure if I run
sudo netctl restart eduroam
looking at the journalctl, I see:

Why does dhcpcd not have enough permissions if I ran netctl as root?

mhm... instead trying with sudo, maybe open a # shell and give the netctl command there?
