I think some one had asked for this either here or on the mailing list. I'd been maintaining a pkgbuild for the prepatch kernels for a while now for my own uses so I decided to clean it up and put it on the aur.

It's a development kernel so don't expect everything to work perfectly. I wouldn't install this as your only kernel. I get some errors with some of the initscritps when I run it that I haven't bothered to look into yet but otherwise it runs fine for me. Trying to keep with the arch tradition I based the config on the stock arch config and enabled just about all the new features as modules. Thats why you'd install this kernel anyway to play with the new features, right . You may want to edit the config when you build it. Have fun and remebmer install this in parallel to your working kernel, because it may not work for you.
