Who handles my ctrl-alt-canc?

I've two arch systems, both running kde
While in kde,
on the oldest one (same installation since years ago) when i press ctrl-alt-canc, it just reboots (no kde shortcuts configured to just reboot)
On the newer system (less than an year ago), kde asks me what i want to do.

Any idea where i can look for to find it?
