Hi,
I also have this issue with a recent clean install of arch. I do not want to start an extra instance of the gnome-keyring, since it seems not to be a very clean solution and also since I have ~50 users on this system (it has been an ubuntu installation up until now and I am experimenting if switching to arch would create any problems). Could it be somehow connected to the fact that my /home is mounted via nfs from a server and the user is taken from an LDAP database? A local user does not seem to have that problem (although that might just be because the user I tested it with had a clean home).
EDIT: just tried with a new remote user that had a clean home, still the same problem.
