Xorg freezes computer when starting on iMac from April 2013

Hi,

I'm trying to set up Arch Linux on my iMac from April 2013. It has an Nvidia GeForce GTX 675MX, and I installed the "nvidia" package through pacman.

When starting X via "startx", it displays an nvidia screen, then the screen goes blank and the computer hangs (can't switch tty, ctrl-alt-backspace does nothing).

I also tried starting SLiM, in which the nvidia logo displays, the slim login screen shows, and the computer hangs (cant type username, same conditions as above)

Here is my last Xorg.0.log, I can't seem to find why the computer is hanging:

Any help solving this problem is appreciated.
