Accessibility won't initialize

Anybody have any idea why this happens since some recent update.... actually, it would have been some update in the past three weeks, I guess, its been a while since I tried this:

dusty:uifacades $ export GTK_MODULES="gail:atk-bridge"
dusty:uifacades $ gimp
GTK Accessibility Module initialized

** ERROR **: Accessibility app error: exception during registry activation from id: IDL:Bonobo/GeneralError:1.0

Was working fine last time I tried it.
