This is not exactly Arch specific but definitely related to Kernel and Hardware. I suppose being Arch user this would be right place to ask.
So as per this news:

BadUSB malware can now be on loose! And there is no patch yet.
Does new kernel's have any kind of protection against it?
If not, is it possible to tell kernel to ignore USB keyboard / mouse unless specifically enabled on that port?
This way even if we insert BadUSB, kernel will not accept keyboard / mouse events from it.
