thats what i also found but since my specific graphics card wasn't mentioned i used google and i found the link above.
but anyway, you think it's worth a try with the old driver? and if yes, what is the best way to install it? as far as i understand it i need to install bumblebee, the intel driver (AKA mesa-dri) and the nvidia driver together and i'm not sure how to do so properly.
thanks in advance!

I would disable bumblebee
# systemctl stop bumblebeed
, remove all the graphics packages and their dependencies (not req'd by any other packages) using the following:
# pacman -Rns <package names>
Then I'd install the drivers in one fell swoop like this
# pacman -S mesa-dri xf86-video-intel bumblebee nvidia
Afterwards, reenable bumblebee
# systemctl start bumblebeed
Also, make sure that you are part of the bumblebee user group (see wiki in your first post in this thread). Other than remaking the initramfs with the modules i915 and bbswitch and inserting the kernel parameter (posts #1 and #2 respectively), I'm out of ideas too.

Yeah, I don't know what to tell you. I followed: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Bumblebee and it all worked fine for me. Sorry I can't be more help.
