Git-svn segfaults regardless of circumstance

I've got a really odd problem that I can't replicate on any of my other machines, and lacks answers on Google.

I'm attempting to compile the kernel with LLVM (nevermind why), and the makefile executes git svn at some point. Invariably, git returns

error: git-svn died of signal 11

from both the terminal and the makefile.

I have both perl and subversion installed, and Perl reports the correct subversion from the REPL.

Running git svn on any of my other Arch machines returns the usage as expected. I've tried reinstalling git, perl, and subversion, but the error is the same.

I'd appreciate any further ideas for tracking this issue down.
