Install Atom editor with ndenv and Aura

Hi, I think this is a total n00b question but I did not manage to find a fix. I want to install Atom editor (I have similar issues with other nodejs applications). The problem is that the build is failing with Aura.
From what I see atom needs an older nodejs (version v0.10.21). An I installed it with ndenv but the build still fails. Here is the stack trace.
