Hi, I've upgraded to Xorg 7 and now GNU Emacs doesn't display fonts.
[ale@ale ~]$ emacs
Warning: Cannot convert string "-*-courier-medium-r-*-*-*-120-*-*-*-*-iso8859-*" to type FontStruct
Warning: Cannot convert string "-*-helvetica-medium-r-*--*-120-*-*-*-*-iso8859-1" to type FontStruct
Here's what I see:

Thanks in advance for any help.

hmmm What is your mcpp version?
[wael@nasreddine ~]$ pacman -Q mcpp
mcpp 2.5-2

You should install one of the xorg-fonts-75dpi or 100dpi packages and restart your X server or make sure it gets notified with updated fonts in another way.

That fixed the problem.
Thanks for your help!
