Disabeling mouse over effects in kde 3.5.1

Hi,

I have been tickleling with kde for quite some time now, and I cant figure out how to disable the annoying mouse over tooltips. (the ones that fade per default).

How do I disable them?

Sincerely, Jorgen

There are more places, I'm not in KDE atm but I remember there are the one mentioned, one in panel preferences and one for in-window tooltips which I can't remember where to change...
