Hi,
I'm on Chromebook and I don't have a lot of space on my arch partition (13go)
Can I move the /tmp folder to my Chromebook partition rather than my Arch partition ? (this partition is configured to be mount at boot).
This is my tmp directory that I have configured for yaourt and pacman
pwd
/mnt/8ad14aed-119e-4f63-967c-c4bc37413d22/tmp
ls -l
drwxrwxrwx 3 root root 4096 26 oct. 01:13 tmp

/tmp should be mounted in the RAM by default? Are you sure you have it as a separate partition on your HDD/SSD?

Ok, I was thinking that it was using the ssd space. So there's no problem if this file is on the RAM !
And yes I'm sure, Arch is on my /dev/sda7 and ChromesOS on /dev/sda1 (partionned with gdisk)
