XGL problem

Hi, I installed XGL and compiz from shadowman's respos, and whenever I try to start XGL the only thing that is rendered correctly is the window borders and shadows. Everything else is just displayed as this strange blueish pattern.

I have an ATI Radeon IGP 320M (also known as ATI Radeon Mobility U1). Anyone got ideas?

I summon daemons from the depths of /etc/rc.d

Re: XGL problem

I had the same problem when I first tried XGL. I had to change from the default bit depth of 16 to 24 on xorg.conf for it to work.

Re: XGL problem

Edit /usr/bin/startxgl and read the comments. ATI users need to change part of the compiz start command.
