Xfce backlight

Hi all, my problem is that I can't manage backlight level by normal user. By normal user, Fn+F6/F7 keys (backlight control) are "locked", I see the backlight bar popup when I press keys (then they work) but the level doesn't change, if I make this from root all work good.
Where can I set permission to change backlight level from normal user? My user is part of wheel group.
P.S. I use Xfce4 and I havn't acpid, only systemd+xfce power manager.
