I have followed the topic [Solved] hwdb.bin does not exist
But I do not think the problem is SOLVED.
I found my system strating much slower after this bug appears.
Is there any way to fix it?

If boot time is really a major concern for you, check the output of '"ystemd-analyze" and "systemd-analyze blame" and see what might be slowing things down. There's not sense in trying to fix something that's not really broken. No offense, but you probably imagine your system booting slower because it takes an extra second to display that message. That "error" message doesn't indicate a real error. It's only effect is to be visible.

From that same thread:
Adding the hwdb bloats the initramfs for no gain. There's no need to add it.
