DWM Pomodoro with Conkyrc

Hello, I have been trying to implement pomodoro counter on the status bar of DWM and found a couple to my liking such as this one and this. However, both of them are implemented through bash script using xsetroot while my current setting uses Conky and custom conykrc. I really like conky, so I don't want to wipe out my entire conky status bar just for this. Is there a way to implement pomodoro in status bar with conky?

You can use the exec variable.
