System freezes with intel 7260

I have a laptop with intel 7260-based wireless card

Intel Corporation Wireless 7260 (rev 73)

When i use this nic, i have a massive kernel traces:

Also when i sending my laptop to suspend, it goes, but dont wake up-i have only cpu fan and black screen.
Before 7260 u used intel 3945 nic and all was ok, no traces, no freezes.
I askd google, many peoples had same problen, but they disabled powersaving for wireless and theyr problems went. I made it too, but it dont help^

My system is dayly updated.

Hi,
I don't have an exact solution for you, but my 7260 is stable with 3.17-rc3  and newest linux-firmware, no power_save + fixed txpower.
