[SOLVED] Please help with SSD firmware upgrade

Hi all

I'm having a really hard time doing a really simple task - creating a bootable usb stick with "Samsung SSD 840 EVO Performance Restoration Software".

I have spent 2 hours formatting, partitioning and trying different approaches but nothing actually works!

Can someone give me a fool-proof way of doing this?
