cdda2wav cddb problems

I'm trying to put together a script to automate ripping to my home server, and have run into a problem off the bat.  Using cdda2wav to fetch info from freedb.freedb.org, it doubles the track names, both in the output and the inf file it creates:

And the resulting inf file is the same.  The track names are the only thing that gets messed up, and using other cddb tools (cd-info, cddb_query) return good results, so it seems to just be cdda2wav.  Am I doing something wrong here, or is cdda2wav just buggy?
