intel cpufreq scaling problems after resume from hibernation

Hi, I discovered that, recently, on my notebook with Intel Core Solo running from 800 Mhz to 1400 Mhz.

I'm running latest linux-lts.

All is working fine, until I go to hibernate and after resuming, the CPU is stuck to 800 Mhz and refuses to scale.

How can I fix this?
