Can I run Archlinux + awesomewm on this old laptop? or that's no realistic?

The minimum system requirements say i686 architecture and minimum 64MB RAM. You have the 64MB RAM and Here it states that a AMD K6 is i686 architecture. So, it should, but it won't be stellar.

Edit: Although it might work out of the box I'd also look at compiling your own kernel from scratch with only what you need to reduce that memory footprint. Compiling a kernel is a pain but if it's pared down quite a bit would only take a bit of time.

wooow that's sounds cool, but there is a guide about that? (sorry I've never compiled a kernel)

IIRC, K6 isn't fully i686-compatible.
