I have Windows 7 partiton and Arch Linux partiton. Configured GRUB and so on, but I lend my PC to cousin and windows partition is bloated, and I am too lazy to clean up it and I want to try Windows 10. I know I have to format windows partiton, but how to resetup GRUB after Windows installation?

Insert live disk then Chroot into you arch partition '/dev/sdx'. Then run
grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg.

I was assuming he had grub already installed since he already has Arch installed.

Windows clobbered it.

The theory is that there is software around written for Windows 95 and Windows 98 that just checks whether the version string begins with the characters, "Windows 9".
@OP: I did this a few weeks ago; the MBR containing GRUB was over-written by Windows 10 and I just had to chroot back into Arch & re-install GRUB.
Mind you, @clfarron4 has had personal experience of Windows nuking her GNU/Linux partitions so be sure to check what the installer plans to do to your partition structure.
