What is the Ftp for packages in arch AUR?

I can find all the official packages at ftp://archlinux.org or one of the mirrors but i cant find where AUR packages are???

Im trying to get fvwm-trans

Edit: Just lucked on the AUR faq, is there any way to get a package if its not in community?

Thanks

Re: arch aur ftp

One word: Aurbuild. It makes the process a little easier than messing with a PKGBUILD.

After installing aurbuild, simply do:

aurbuild -b nameofappnotincommunity

8)

Re: arch aur ftp

Another useful tool to install packages out of the AUR is qkpg.

qpkg <searchterm>

searches for packages and

qpkg -p <packagename>

installs them. It also displays missing dependencies.

Cheers Sigi
