I have some odd behaviour when running some fullscreen programs.
When I run a program in fullscreen the screen resolution changes e.g. 640x480. I can see the program. Every thing seems fine so far.
Now, if I move the mouse cursor to the bottom of the screen or to the right the carry on moving the mouse the content showed on the screen will move up or to the left. Sorry if that isn't a great explaination. I hope the following help to show whats going on.
Here are some odd screenshots:

Interestingly these don't show what is visible on the monitor so I made a video as well. All I can see is the program and not the rest of what is show on the screenshot.

The programs in the screenshots above show two programs: blobby2 or Blobby Volley 2 and a basic SDL program. This isn't a problem with all programs. Super Tux Cart works completely fine in fullscreen mode even at low resolutions. I have experienced this problem with programs running under wine.
Blobby Volley 2 provides the option of an SDL renderer or an openGL renderer, both of which produce this problem.
Any ideas or help in understanding why this is happening and/or stopping this would be greatly appreciated.
Possibly useful info:
My graphics card is an NVidia GeForce GT 610 with the nvidia-304xx driver.
Thanks,
