bluetooth works occasionally.
Bluetooth works sometimes and sometimes unable to connect to other devices.when i used 'hciconfig hci0 up' command it showed 'Can't init device hci0: Operation not permitted (1)' please help me with this. Thank you.

Try running the command with sudo in front, it looks like you don't have the correct permissions to set it to up.
