[Solved] Can't see wifi channel 12 13

I have a wifi dongle (supported by the rtl8192cu module. It works fine except that I can't see wifi channel 12 and 13. I have read that these channel are not legal in the US but here in Belgium, I see an option to select these channels in the modem provided by my ISP, so I am pretty sure it is legal. Any idea? Is there an option to put somewhere?

You will have to get familiar with crda to get that working.
