I upgraded Arch yesterday, and when I boot computer today, there is a problem. I found that the current running kernel is different from installed kernel.
Then I use the command uname -r and its output is 3.17.6-1-ARCH, however, the output of command file /boot/vmlinuz-linux is 3.18.2-2-ARCH.
My /boot is /dev/sda5 and / is /dev/sda6, what's wrong with the kernel, anybody has an idea? how can I use the installed kernel?

You probably didn't have /boot mounted when you upgraded.

Unmount /boot, clear it out, remount it, and reinstall the linux package.

Just to be 100% sure, you did reboot the computer, right?
