nouveau crash gnome-shell

It happens at about one or two days after the PC was up.
The gnome-shell is zombied.
And if I switch to (Ctrl+Alt+F2) another screen, it says:

nouveau E[gnome-shell[719]] nv50cal_space: -16

System information:
My graphic card is:

NVIDIA GeForce GT620

Software installed:

core/linux 3.18.2-2 (base)
extra/gnome-shell 3.14.3-2 (gnome)
extra/mesa 10.4.2-1
extra/xf86-video-nouveau 1.0.11-2 (xorg-drivers xorg)

Could anyone help?

Re: nouveau crash gnome-shell

Do you use gnome shell for a long time with nouveau?

Until version 3.12 I had no problem on gnome shell with nouveau. But from the later versions, I had to use nvidia's drivers.

Try to install nvidia's driver because gnome shell use 3d acceleration...

I've used nouveau for about 2 years.

But the problem seldom occurs.
