The ARCH linux install iso ARCH_201501 is missing the "root" parameter from the kernel argument line so it will fail to boot.
The file name is "archlinux-2015.01.01-dual.iso".
It is required to insert "root=/dev/disk/by-label/ARCH_201501" as kernel parameter (press TAB at isolinux menu).

If you think you have discovered a bug, you should search to see if someone already opened a flyspray against the product and if not, open one yourself. Likely the devs will not see your post here.
EDIT: Boots for me here.

I have just tried that ISO in virtualbox and it boots fine (both EFI & non-EFI) and the grub.cfg & UUIDs match.
Did you check the md5/sha1?

Yes, I have checked the md5/sha1.
The ISO was downloaded through torrent twice.
This behaviur has been observed on a VirtualBox VM while using the iso as a CD !
I don't think it will show up if booting from USB drive or using unetbootin.

That's how I tried it and it worked fine in both EFI & non-EFI mode.
