Problems with Thinkpad X220 + Dockingstation 4337 and second Monitor

Hi,

I have a strange Problem with my Thinkpad X220 and my Dockingstation.

I want to use an external monitor (on Displayport) when I plug the X220 into the Dockingstation. Everything works fine, when I first boot into XFCE and then plug the X220 into the Dockingstation. However, if I boot the computer when it is already in the Dockingstation, I see XFCE on the external monitor, but with a wrong theme. Also the Hotkey for switching monitors on the X220 (Fn + F7) does not work. It seems like the wrong configuration for XFCE got loaded. Do you have any hints for me?
