gaim

I downloaded gaim1.5 via pacman, but when I try to run it I get this error...

gaim: error while loading shared libraries: libXss.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Re: gaim

File a bug report if the dependency is missing.

Re: gaim

On a couple of occasions when I had problems installing software I removed the whole thing with : pacman -R program_name,
then verified what other programs may be associated with the program I want with pacman -Ss program_name finally I picked all the programs I think I need with pacman -Sy program_name other_progam another_program.
That has worked fine for me in the past.

Hope this helps.
